“The Sun” is Inspired by #19 – The Sun in the major arcana of the Tarot. Etched details define this work. The face of the sun, the rays, the number 19, the Sun title, and the clouds are subtly etched. Different textures and styles of glass add interest including the mouth blown cloud glass in the corners, the Pilkington single reed, and light brown GNA. The Sun in the Tarot symbolizes positivity, success, joy and vitality, representing a time of happiness and fulfillment. It reminds and encourages us to embrace our inner light and radiate warmth out into the world.
