This work features all German glass including the clear Rondels in the whirlpools surrounded by rich saturated tones of purple and blue. The fish are a subtle shade of sea green and were cut to purposefully include the strong striations which echo the fish design itself. Additionally, the softness of the grey and white German “opal” glass beautifully complement the piece. The teak frame adds the finishing touch to this beauty.
